Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available from £10 and may be used for treatment or product purchases.

You may pre-pay a specific treatment or purchase an open value for the recipient to choose.

Gift vouchers last for 6 months and are non refundable and non transferable.

Any unused voucher will bear the same original expiry date.

We regret lost vouchers cannot be replaced.

Cancel or Change an Appointment

If you need to cancel or change your appointment for any reason. We require 24 hours notice otherwise a charge of half the original treatment cost will be incurred.

Therapy Rooms

Our warm, comfortable therapy rooms include your choice of mood enhancing lighting and music to accompany all your face and body treatments.

Chaperone Policy

Whilst it is not usual for Clients to request a person to accompany them during treatment, the Clinic has no objection, safety permitting, to a client requiring a chaperone.

Children Policy

We regret we our unable to mind children whilst you are having treatment. All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult whilst on the premises.
